DH and I say that LO's song is "I'm wide awake"... Does your LO have a song?
heehee, that is too funny. When I was pregnant, my favorite song to sing to DD was "Haven't met you yet" by Michael Buble: 'And I promise you kid, to give so much more than I get, I just haven't met you yet'
When LO is in her Jolly Jumper she laughs her head off when we blast Kris Kross "Jump". Its the funniest thing I have ever seen. Everyone should do it once, so cute.
DD loves it when DH sings The Beatles' "Twist and Shout" and dances her on his lap. She also finds "Baby got Back" hilarious. Just like the "Friends" episode lol!
For sleep, "Hush Little Baby" works every time for me. Oddly, for DH he has to sing more Beatles, "Norwegian Wood" or Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" to get her to sleep. Our lil' hippie!
While I was pregnant I always sang the song "Funny Face" to her (a song my grandma always sang) and even now it still calms her down...she starts to hear it and just stops crying/fussing to listen. Also the old song "Shaddapa You Face"...maybe not the typical lullaby, but my grandpa used to sing it to my mom, my mom used to sing it to us, and now LO smiles so big every time DH and I sing it to her!
My brother has a little tune that he sings to her that makes her almost explode with joy. He's the only one who can get her that excited about it, though

Re: What is LO's song?
C is for Cookie gets him way riled up
I sing the chorus "Ho Hey" to him all the time.

btw, this is her song because she goes from completely asleep to wide-eyed awake in 1 second... we don't sing it to her, but it reminds us of LO.
