Essential Winter Clothes

We live in Southern California where the days don't get below 50. I'm pulling out Nat's 12mo clothes and realize it's lacking a little. What do you consider to be "enough" for your LO's wardrobe? Like how many pants, long sleeve tops, onesies, pj's, socks, etc.? We've been lucky that most of her clothes have been given to us up until now. Hence why I'm a little clueless!

Re: Essential Winter Clothes

  • We have three or four fleece coats and jackets, a million fuzzy socks, 4 pairs of fleece pants, a pair of jeans, about 6 fleece sleepers (she wears during day too), 6 long sleeve onsies and about the same number of long sleeve shirts. I do laundry almost daily so we don't need a ton of stuff.

  • It sounds like we have less clothes then everyone else. We have about 6 long sleeve onesies and we have 6 white onesies that I use under the many short sleeve onesies that we have (since people assumed our girls would be in summer clothes for the 3-6 month size). They each have a fleece jacket and we have one spare. We have 6 fleece sleepers and maybe 10 cotton ones, 4 pairs of jeans, and a bunch of socks. That's total for both babies, not for each baby.
