  Mine tapered for a long time, but was never super heavy, and it was pretty much done by 4 weeks. At the 6 week mark it resurfaced briefly; my doctor said that the pp bleeding often makes a reappearance. It seems to be totally done now. (Hopefully!)

  I didn't notice stress having any effect on it.

  Mine stopped at 4 weeks post partum.  I didn't notice any change when stressed.

  I'm about 7 weeks PP right now, and still spotting.

  I'm still spotting at nearly 10 wks out. I did have an IUD put in at 8 weeks though and was told it would also cause spotting.
