Pumping Question - Milk came in early

Hi!   I went in to pre-term labor earlier this week(31 weeks).   They were able to stop my labor, and put me on bedrest... but then today my milk came in!   Should I be pumping, to keep the flow going until I have the baby.... or if I ignore it, will it come back later?
