Hi ladies,

 

On November 6, 2012 my baby girl Emma was born sleeping at 30 weeks. This was unexpected at the previous day I?d had an ultrasound and she appeared perfectly fine. The morning of I woke up with contractions and started bleeding. My husband took me to the ER where we were told that there was no heartbeat. That night I delivered Emma.

 

The doctor says that it was a placental abruption as a result of pre-eclampsia caused by high blood pressure. I?m still processing this because I was only diagnosed with high blood pressure a week before this happened and I was seeing the doctor twice a week to check for pre-eclampsia.

    I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Emma. Please be gentle with yourself during this difficult time. The women on this board are amazing and so supportive and have helped me in so many ways with my losses. Thank you for sharing her picture.

    I am so terribly sorry for the loss of your sweet baby girl, Emma.  Thank you for sharing her picture, she is beautiful.  We are all here for you, I wish you did not have to join this group but welcome you with big (( hugs)).

    BFP#1 - 11/27/09 EDD 8/5/10, DS1 arrived 7/24/10 via emergency c-section.

    BFP#2 - 6/18/12 EDD 2/23/13, sweet baby girl born sleeping on 10/4/12 at 19 weeks, 3 days.

    BFP #3 - 1/18/13 EDD 10/1/13, natural mc on 2/2/13 at 5 weeks, 4 days.

    BFP #4 - 8/29/13 EDD 5/12/14, our sweet rainbow, DS2 born 4/29/14 via c-section

    What a perfect little girl! I'm so sorry for your loss. 

    I hope you're able to find some answers regarding your high blood pressure. That must be so frustrating!

    I am so sorry for the loss of your sweet Emma she is beautiful. I am so sorry that you have to join us but I am glad that you found us. We are all here for you!! Huge hugs!!

    I am so sorry for the loss of your precious Emma. We lost our first daughter Patricia at 31 weeks in March. I will never forget the moment the doctor told me her heart was no longer beating. This is a pain that no one should ever have to experience. I am sorry to welcome you but I hope you can find some comfort and support here. We are here when you need us.

    I am so, so sorry. I just lost my son Nov 10th at 37.6 weeks. I'm just as new to this grieving process as you are so I don't have many words for you, but just know that my heart hurts for you.

    11/5/11: We said goodbye to our sweet baby girl as she was born with multiple complications and a severe heart defect, Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome.
