Switching Pediatricians...need help

We are switching pediatricians and need to interview a couple I got recommendations on.  Any questions you wish you would have asked when interviewing that you didn't get to ask or realized later you should have asked?  TIA

    My questions would be "In what ways do you support breast feeding moms?" and my biggest one is "How long is your average wait time before an appointment?"
