  • (((Hugs))))

DS was very colicky (and still can be!!), so I am very familiar with those days... What carrier are you using?  If its a wrap or SSC, try switching up positions/ holds if you can.. Sometimes that would help.. DS likes going between back and front in either the Ergo or the wrap.. Being n my back, he enjoys looking around.. On my front, he likes the snuggles..

car rides also helped us a bit.. He'd screammmmm at first, but eventually would settle and stay content for a good little while..

Also.. Baths.  There were days when I would bath DS two or three times just because I knew it would calm him.. Sometimes I'd even fill the bth for myself and just bring him in with me.. He is always content in the tubby.. We actually just did this tonight BC he was miserable from his shots today..

Hope tomorrow is a better day for you!!

  • Thanks...it's not that terrible, he is pretty calm all day as long as he is on the mama lounger... I just can't get anything done.

  • This stage can be so frustrating!  I remember wanting to get so much done...I agree with Theresa.  Just enjoy those cuddles.  They don't stay that little for long.
