in Parenting after a Loss
Despite my fears and anxiety I made it to the store with both kids by myself and I took them to the park to play. Well to let em play and W sit in the stroller. It has made a world of difference in em attitude today. Poor girl has been going stir crazy as her mom was just going crazy. I am not going to lie and say it was easy. And really I had to push through my bad thoughts. But nothing bad happened and I got some of my thanksgiving shopping done and my daughter got the outside time she so badly needed so over all I am so proud of myself. Here is hoping I do as well tomorrow!
