I just try to buy stuff that will last more than a few months and has more than just novelty factor... most places have shop online because I really dont like people that much LOL
One trick I did learn is that Amazon prices can change on a daily basis, so if I see something I like but don't want to pay the price ..I add it to my cart and login each day and watch the prices fluctuate till it gets to a deal I find ok..and then I buy it.
Ok it was a better deal envy now its just a smarter than me envy! Lol! Love the idea. Since his birthday is right around the corner I am trying the amazon thing for bday presents. Thanks a bunch!
LOL yur welcome...and I learnt that when I wanted my security cams and saw them at $134 and thought "cool I will buy that tomorrow"..and went to get it and it was back to $190..and then back down again a few days later.
Not everything fluctuates but some stuff sure seems to move around a lot. I have a few things in my cart right now that I am really hoping drop in price before Xmas.. this tree topper being one of them.
LOL..i saw that and I want to get it for him. But we have been buying him so much stuff lately, I said we won't have anything to give him for Christmas. But this toy is definitely on my list
Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born.
6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived
10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
not really it was like $39..and considering its up to age 3 and actually speaks out the letters on the blocks when you insert them... has activities on all 4 sides and the top.
I think it's well worth it for the amount of use it will get, he already hs their train and it's definitley proving it's worth it's money. The last few weeks he has totally fallen in love wih this train.. I tend to buy ahead so things grow with him, we have had this a few months. It costs around the same as the other toy.
