I posted a while back about getting into a new workout program ans some one suggested turbo fire! Thanks! I feel it all over! My ab muscles feel tight already! The music is great and the moves are effective! Thanks again!
it will depend on your fitness activity level. If you haven't worked out in months than starting off with Turbo Fire would not be best. But if you've been working out for a while, high cardio than it should be ok.
