Poop test negative

Yesterday I posted about the pedi putting LO on Nutramigen..today we brought in a stool sample and it tested negative for everything. That's a good thing right?

We did the Nutramigen today with Vaseline for the eczema and now he has what looks like a heat rash. Ugh. Just want him to be ok. ANy ideas?

 Do we still need the $$ formula? Still an MPI?

    Good thing, yes.  How long was he on Nutramigen?  I would be stunned if microscopic blood went away from the poo in 1 day.  I wouldn't think that's possible.

    Yes, only on the Nutramigen for like 5 bottles before poop test, def too early for blood/mucus to be out of diaper. So I am thinking that's not the issue. Now to clear up the eczema..

    I found that with DS1 wheat was horrible for his eczema.  he was also allergic to dairy, eggs, nuts, etc---but wheat seemed to do bad things to his skin.  Now I'm seeing the same thing with DS2 but he hasn't shown other signs so we'll see. 

    I'd give it a little time and see if it gets better.  Otherwise you can also use certain lotions to help too.
