Any holiday fitness goals (non-PG)?

I have done a few months this year where I have ran 100 miles a month.  Usually it has been a goal to keep on the 3 miles a day average for the entire month.  Since I know that the holidays can be so hard to maintain a given weight, I was thinking of setting a goal to run 150 miles before the end of the year.  This is a 3 mile a day average, everyday for the next 48 days.  I also just started Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack, level 2 last week, so I would like to finish out the next 5 weeks of doing that 3x a week (did level 1 every other day for 6 weeks).  I guess I am looking at doing it, just not sure how crazy that makes me!

Also, to start the year, I had an 800 mile goal for the year.  I have already acheived a little over 850.  Doing 150 miles now would give me 1000 miles for 2012.

  • I wish I had the energy/time to run that much.  Right now my goal for every week is 2 days of lifting weights with cardio, 1 day of running 3 miles, and 2 days of doing ab ripper x.  when I get tired of that I may do the jillian ab.  I've already done hip hop abs.  seems like i'm always fighting the muffin top.

  • I don't have any specific goals outside of not undoing all the I have accomplished in the last 6 months.  We are in an extremely busy time of year right now at work with annual enrollment, a lot of new hires, charity fundraising, etc. that it is cutting into what little time I have to work out not to mention all the fabulous food everywhere and holiday parties/get togethers coming up!
