Bottle question from a lurker

I started back at work yesterday and DD will not take her bottle!  She is 9 weeks old and EBF, but we gave her a few bottles around 4 weeks and she did great.  Since she did so well with the bottle I was not stressed about keeping up with it so we didn't try again until a week before I was going back to work.  Well she just screams when she sees the bottle coming.  Even laying her in the cradle position gets her going.  We have tried many different bottles, but I am not sure that even matters because she won't even try to drink from any of them.  Sometimes I can calm her down enough that she just chews on the nipple and she will lick the milk, but won't suck on it.  We have also tried many different people giving it to her... me, DH, friends, my parents, me close, me far away.  We tried different milk temps.  DH is home with her while I am at work and is using a syringe to get the milk into her along with trying to get her to take the bottle.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution?  I didn't have this problem with DS he started daycare at 8 weeks and took the bottle no problem.  I have also thought about going out and getting a nipple protector and putting it on so she will get used to sucking rubber instead of skin.  Has anyone tried that?

Thanks!
