Anyways, do you know whether/how often your H or SO masturbates? Is it an open topic or something you know happens but isn't talked about? Ever had it happen in front of you?

Honestly, I have no clue. I'm guessing he does, because come on...what man doesn't, but I've never seen it/have no idea when he would even find the time. We don't talk about it. A friend of mine and her guy are all about discussing their "hand time" with one another and I thought it was odd, but apparently I'm the odd one out...or am I?

Me: I put some body wash in the water thinking it might make some bubbles, but it just looks like someone came in my bathwater.

H: (to DD) You hear this?! Mama is playing with herself in the tub

Me: Yea right...actually that's not a bad idea.

My husband claims he doesn't. I tend to believe him as we are pretty open with each other and not shy discussing sex. Also, we have sex quite a bit-at least as much as possible with a baby and opposite work schedules. I'm sure he must have while I was pregnant because we didn't have sex once from the second trimester on. I think I made some remark to him then about how I hoped he was because the shop was closed until I delivered, but I don't remember his answer. I don't either, haven't much since we have been having sex, over 12 years now.

We're ridiculously open about that kind of stuff. I mean, we don't necessarily report to each other specifically when we do it, but let's just say I have to walk past his computer to get to the kitchen. We really don't mind. haha.

Funny you ask... I hadn't thought about it at all until it came up, somehow, yesterday and discovered he does it at least once a week in the shower before work. Other than that, he does it in bed with me when I'm too tired for sex.

We don't have like long drawn out conversations about it, but if it comes up we tell each other. No big deal. He does it in the shower every so often if it's been awhile since sex (which lately probably means more often LOL). It's never happened in front of me. If I'm around and he wants some action, then I either give him a hand job or if I have the energy/time we have sex.

We will talk openly about it if it is brought up but we don't have long discussions about it. He doens't really do it but like other PP I wish he did because I am freaking tired and just not in the mood lately. I know he does occasionally but I don't know when nor do I care. I don't tell him if I do either.

He doesn't. It's funny this came up actually, since we were just talking about it the other day. I was too tired to dtd and told him he should. His response was "Why do you care?" and got all weird, so we talked about it. Turns out he hasn't done it since I walked in on him doing it when we were first dating and made him feel guilty. He's on medication for some libido related issues, so it doesn't really surprise me.
