I am so very sorry to hear this
Mine didn't happen until a little later and not as severe. There was a mama on here a few months ago who had mono/di twins with a very large discordance early on like you. They diagnosed SIUGR and atypical stage III TTTS. Unfortunately they lost the smaller twin but I believe the other twin went on growing healthy. The thing I would ask about is how a fetal demise will affect the other twin. If they are true mono/di with shared blood connections in the placenta there can be negative effects on the surviving twin (death and severe disability). On a personal note, I was also told at one point that one of boys wasn't expected to survive but the MFM was wrong - not saying this always happens but sometimes medical people give the worst case scenario and aren't always right. Praying for you!

We had IUGR, but it was late in the pregnancy so not the same issue. I'm sorry I don't have advice or insight.
You and your little twin will be in my prayers.
