I am pregnant with our first child and I'm wondering if anyone else has any advice for getting back into shape for the pt test. I know that I have six months to recover, but I would really like to pass it earlier. I'm a reservist now and when I was AD, I was never pregnant so I don't know what PPT consists of. Right now I am trying to continue some exercise and eating healthy. I plan to breastfeed and I am worried that will make running painful. Can anyone share your experiences about breastfeeding and doing PT or just about taking the PT test again after giving birth?
