We got Lily's at WalMart. It was one of the few places that actually had size 4 boots, but they still didn't have many.
Li is in a 2 or 3, it is impossible to find her shoes.
Oh, geez, I can imagine! All you can get around here in those sizes (and 4, for the most part) are for looks and *maybe* warmth, not functional for walking at all.
I gotsome snow boots from the thrift store for $1. I don't know what brand they are, but they are very lightly used. If they aren't going to be for everyday wear, maybe check out a thrift shop or consignment store.
