I really love reading about all your experiences here. I didn't realize that so much of what I do is attachment parenting until I ventured here.
My baby is 3.5 months old. Recently, we've been bedsharing for a couple naps a day. We lay down together in the guest room, where I have the bed safely set up for cosleeping, and he nurses and we both nap, or I might read. At nighttime, he still sleeps in his own crib. We have a nice bedtime routine, that involves a bath, a bottle with daddy, and lots of cuddles and kisses. Baby falls asleep in daddy's arms, and transitions smoothly to the crib.
Does anyone else bedshare for naps, but have baby in his own crib for nighttime sleep? Does this work with older babies too?

This sounds like what I plan on doing; glad it's working out for you!
I co slept all the way but DD but she weaned herself to her own crib at about 7 months and we co slept for naps until about a year.
if its working for you and your LO I say keep doing it!
