Parenting after a Loss

Tied to me!

Holy moly DS is so demanding of my attention the last few days!  He will barely be put down!  Is this some kind of phase?  He still isn't BFing well enough to actually eat that way, but sometimes giving him a boob snack is the only way to get him sleepy enough to put him down for hopefully 30 min if I'm lucky.  If this is a phase...how long might it last?

  • Yea I'm attempting to pump now and then hoping to pop him in the ergo and maybe get something done.  Ugh, so fussy and clingy though!

  • I'm totally there with you. She's still too small for our carrier I swear they all have a minimum of 8 lbs, but I finally found one to use the other day. It's the Balboa ring sling, which pulls on my neck and shoulder, but it's ok for short periods to get stuff done.
