graco duoglider

I currently have a babytrend double jogging stroller but i need a tandem stroller since the boys are 12 and 15 lbs .... too heavy to carry both in their seats on my own! Anyways i found a duoglider at a consignment shop but i have babytrend seats ! Does anyone know if other seats besides graco will work on a graco stroller? TIA
