MP3 player for kids?

It seems MP3 players are so cheap these days, there must be someone making a player with a speaker rather than a jack, that's relatively kid-proof. I'd rather have a noisy toy that plays good music with some level of sound quality than some of the other options. :) Does anyone know if such a thing exists? Does anyone have one that has held up well?
