(Why do adults play the tattle game?!-for mobile users)
I have 2 secretaries that work for me. One usually does the teacher attendance and payroll daily, the other does filing and student paperwork. The first secretary was on leave for the last 4 weeks and is back today. Secretary 2 messed up a sub assignment last Friday. She put the sub in for the wrong teacher-easily fixed, and it was the only payroll problem over the last 4 weeks. I'd say for someone that had never done that task before, making one mistake in 4 weeks is pretty darn good. Why did secretary 1 feel the need to come let me know about secretary 2's mistake? I like both ladies very much, but sometimes I feel like I'm their mother and they tell me things to try to get the other one in trouble.
Ok, vent over.
