Adeline made her appearance

As I said Thursday I had set it up to get induced this past Friday. It went great and couldn't have asked for it to go any better.
My ld nurse was AMAZING! She even joked about us being long lost twins and once I had the baby she said we should go for a beer. She made ther process fun. We laughed and joked before the contractions got too bad and then between contractions once they were bad. Bottom line, I thought she was amazing.
Anyway, I got to the hospital at 6am and by the time I got checked in, hooked up and pitocin started it was 7. I was having little contractions before they even started the pitocin. I was 3 to 4cm when we got there but funneled to a 2.
The dr came and broke my water at 8:30 and I was 4 to 5cm. I got my epidural at about 10 when I was about 6cm.
I was begging the anesthesiologist in my head to hurry up because he was taking forever to do the epi because he was explaining every single step and asking questions since there was an intern in there. With DS getting the epi didn't hurt, but with this one it was a bit uncomfortable. But I still think it was worth it.
The nurse checked me around 11:15 and I was 7cm. She told me that my dr asked about when she thought I would deliver and she told him 12:30. She checked me at 12 and I was 9cm and completely effaced. She called for the pediatric nurse to come set up everything.
At 12:12 my nurse yelled out for everyone to come into my room because I was ready to go. I started pushing around 12:18. I pushed through 3 or 4 contractions and Adeline was born at 12:25.
She weighed 6lbs 3ozs same as my birth weight and was 18 and a half inches long.
The first two nights were horrendous, but last night she slept great and wasn't fussy at all. I hope most of our nights go like last night.
I feel great! I barely tore and have no swelling. I definitely feel so much better after this birth than wIth DS. With him I hurt for weeks and it was horrible to walk. Idk if it is because this is the second go around or what, but I feel awesome. :
If I can figure out how to post a picture of her from my phone I will do that.
