I went 12 hours without nursing or pumping today. My boobs hurt so bad at the end, but I get so busy at work that I don't get enough time to stop and pump. Since it is a small company, they are not bound by law to give me time and space to pump. I don't know what to do, I am destroying my supply.

    I'm sure I could, I just am not sure how to approach it. My boss is so sweet but she is having issues TTC so I always feel guilty bringing up my baby needs.

    Eta: just pretend you took up smoking. That's a 15 min break every few hours.

    I think that if your boss is TTC, she might be sympathetic to your needs as a mom. She wants to be one, after all.
