  I am sure your surgeon can be trusted to know.  They give Percocet and other narcotics to BF women after C/S all the time.  I took it after my C/S and DS was fine.  That's a scary thought though and I would get another professional's opinion if you are worried.

  Idani:

  I was given vicodin after my c-section and I was breastfeeding. Check with your doctor but no one every said anything to me about it not being ok.

  This.  I took two vicodin 5-325 as prescribed by my OB after my c/s.  Doc said it may make LO sleepy but is fine.

  Thank you all. I talked to LC and she said its fine. I should just try to nurse before taking a dose.
