Yesterday was my last pump at work!

I have such mixed emotions about stopping pumping. I'm exhausted from EPing and can't wait to have extra time to cuddle and play when I'm not pumping. I cut back to 3 pumps a day for the last week and today was my first day only pumping in the morning and before bed. I feel like I should celebrate but unfortunately most my friends wouldn't get it. I hope to be totally done by the end of the month and have an entire deep freezer of milk so dd should have plenty to make it past a year!

    Wow good for you girl! That is awesome that you can provide for past the year! And CONGRATS! Must be a bitter sweet moment for you but it's just the turing of the next chapter! And the next chapter is going to be amazing :)

    Hooray! I am so thrilled for you. 

    We do a formula bottle before bed so I have to pump that feeding to make it thru the night. I can't wait to put away the pump!

    I can 100% relate! I stopped pumping almost 3 weeks ago and it is bitter sweet. You kinda feel sad and it's hard to explain. But once you get over the rut man will you feel good. I have so much more energy and  more TIME. I still get sad when I grab a bag of milk out of the freezer LOL but once you stop theres no turning back. Just know we are very lucky to have the supply to be able to stop and get some normalcy back. :) GL to you!

    Thanks everyone for the little party!  I am so proud to make it this far and to know that dd will have milk past 12 mos.  It is nice to be able to celebrate with ladies who understand why it is a big deal :)

    That's awesome.  I had hoped to finish early myself, but my supply has tanked and that stash is quickly disappearing.  You did a great job and you should be very proud.
