LO is lazy and I am ok with that!

Trying not to be sad and actually find it adorable that my LO is totally lazy and not even up on all fours or crawling or anything! He totally HATES tummy time and has no desire to try to crawl.  Its great to see so many of you posts about how mobile your LO's are.

Im not worried about his progress at all! I know he wil be walking before we know it!

  • My LO is the same way.  I think she's finally coming around, but hates being on her tummy, and honestly can't seem to roll back onto her back once she's on it.  She can inch a little sitting upright on her butt, but I think that's more from squirming than anything else.  Today I put her down on her hands and knees and she stayed like that for a few minutes before she got upset.  It'll happen, and I'm not looking forward to it.  My house is going to be hell to babyproof!

  • I understand. There is a little boy at church who is 9 days younger than DD. He already has two teeth, is crawling, sitting up from laying down, and pulling himself up. DD is very mobile but she only scoots. She just started cutting a tooth this weekend.

But honestly, I love that she is still semi-easy to contain. I love that the lack of teeth means she hasn't bitten me...yet. She is really close to crawling but I want her to wait until DH is home so he can see it. He already missed her first snow and her first tooth coming through because of this storm. I want her to hold off on the crawling! :)
