I thought I was finally getting over it, but this morning I've been hugging the porcelain throne for the past 30 minutes and can't keep anything down! It's not even like I ate anything out of the ordinary... I had a bowl of cheerios and when that came back up, I tried a piece of plain bread, but the twins didn't like that either!
How long did your m/s last?

I still throw up about 3 days a week. I found that if I eat as soon as I get up and eat slowly and don't let myself get hungry, I'm okay. Maybe it's carrying twins. I also think that I'm feeling them moving a little bit and that their movement makes my stomach spasm. I can be completely wrong, but that's what it feels like.
Me:34 PCOS, one kinked tube, low thyroid.

My doctor put me on Reglan... it's helping alot! Hope you get some relief!
I was still sick through about week 22ish (and then it started in again at week 36). Hang in there. I tried all the tricks in the book and nothing worked for me. I was on zofran the entire time and that seemed to help, but bascially just made it so I only actually got sick 3-5 times a day, rather than 8-10. It is not fun, but so absolutely worth it in the end.
I'll add in that peppermint tea did seem to help me some. I still got sick, but made the nausea more bearable in between sick times. Hang in there! Hope you feel better soon!
