Waking up so early the last week

Over the last week, one or both of the girls has been waking up at 5 am. They used to sleep until 7 sometimes later. Also one of the girls has been waking up in the middle of the night. And of course when one wakes up and starts crying the other wakes up. I know we had the clock changes but this all started before that. Most of the time it's Emma that wakes up in the middle of the night/early morning and then she wakes Hailee up. I give them a bottle when they wake up at 5 and then they will go back to sleep for at least 2 hours. I have no idea what is causing this. They are not extra fussy, I don't notice any more teeth coming in right now. I am just at a loss for what is causing them to wake up so early and wake up during the night. I have tried putting them to bed earlier and later and that makes no difference. Any suggestions??

My boys are doing the exact same thing! But ours started with the time change! I'm just give them their soothers, turn on the sleep sheep and go back to bed!! They eventually fall back asleep till a more normal time!

DS is having trouble with the time change too, he's been waking up so much earlier. DD hasn't been affected by it. Maybe the time change is aggravating whatever the underlying problem was. I'm just hoping DS adjusts soon! Good luck

Oh my gosh, my boys are waking up at 5am again also and I never put 2 and 2 together with the time change!!! I am back to getting up 2-3 times/night with them and I am exhausted and was windering what gives. I dont have any advice, but at least youre not alone if thats any consulation
