Anyone not work full time?

So I do believe that my husband and I are starting divorce papers. I feel very numb about the entire situation. I have had my own apartment for about a week and have 6 months rent already paid up front. (my husband drained his IRA before I moved out and I took some money). I currently am working, but only about 10 hours a week. I have a good career and I make enough where I would only have to work about 15 hours a week to make it. I feel very fortunate in the field I chose.
During a divorce preceding, would a court make me work more?(eventhough I make enough for us to be comfortable) I love Staying home with my son as much as I do and it breaks my heart thinking about leaving him. Also, my husband will cover DS under his insurance, and I could find emergency medical that I could afford.

No, they won't make you work more. Babies cost X and each parent is responsible for so much. Child support is based on math, including each parent's income.
As far as spousal support is concerned, he can argue that you have potential to make more, therefore deserve less than what you would get based on income. But that also depends on the length of the marriage.
He could argue that you could work FT, but you should get your lawyer to calculate his child support in that case. Sometimes his child support will actually increase because if you are FT you will have to pay childcare.
