DS was EBF with a milk protein allergy. We found out shortly before DS first birthday that he is allergic to dairy, gluten, soy, wheat, peanuts, corn, sesame, and eggs. While he's a good eater with whatever foods he can eat (rice, potatoe, meat, veggies, fruits, and a few other thi gs) I feel like he's getting tired of the same rotating menu and want to be able to try some new things. I need some ideas bc it breaks my heart to not be able to give him so many things and I'm at a loss as to what else. Please anyone have recipes or ideas? They will be greatly appreciated!!!

Re: What foods??
Be careful of lentils with a peanut allergy. Though uncommon they are both Legumes (sp?) so that could also cause a reaction. I know my son had lentils and it caused hives and that is why we actually got him tested for peanuts. I do think it is a rare cross reaction but just be aware.
On toast i also put the fruit puree's i had made when i did my own baby food. We make a lot of veggie meat meals. Homemade pot pies and soups.
