Organic or chem free baby products at BRUs

Has anyone found any organic and chemical baby products at babies r us? I haven't spent a lot of time looking yet but that is where our registry is and I was hoping to add bath products, lotions, etc.  ideas?

    I bought some organic Aveeno baby wash there recently.  Be warned though that the organic diaper cream is not cloth diaper safe!

    I'm also registered at BRUs and I did see some stuff but Bed Bath and Beyond had a ton more that I registered. I was actually pretty disappointed with the BRUs selection..
