This week, frankly, I can't come up with any questions... I've got a rambunctious toddler tearing around the family room, so this week it is all up to you to come up with 4 things. I have 1 question.
Here is mine:
1) What would you say to a one week 5 Thing Thursday where your wife/fiancee/girlfriend answer questions instead of you? It would be a one week thing, not a running thing, but thought it could be an interesting experiment.
2) As stressful as last week was, fortunately this week has been much improved. My dad was released and given medication that will hopefully do the trick, my sister survived the hurricane with nothing more than lost power for a day.
3) We went in for a 3D/4D elective ultrasound yesterday to see our 2nd child. Got the confirmation that we are indeed having a boy, got to see him moving around, yawn and the like. My almost 23 month old kept staring at the screen on the wall saying "Baby". It is almost like he gets it, but I'm sure he has no idea what he's in store for.
4) My son is all boy... he loves playing with cars, sports (he already gets into his version of a 3 point stance in football where he squats down and puts both of his index fingers on the ground) and just runs around and is a big, unrelenting ball of energy.
5) We hit week 23 this week, so we are officially viable if for some horrible reason she would go into labor. My wife officially scheduled his birthday (c-section date) this week, so unless he's like his brother and decides to come early, we know when he'll be born.

That might be pretty cool. I would have to type out her responses since she doesn't get on TB lol.
2) Work is getting stressful. I work in the financial realm so things get hectic this time of year. Boo.
3) My wife is 31 weeks tomorrow. Going by crazy crazy fast.
4) I am glad the election is over. I am tired of the political frenzy and overload.
5) I am glad college basketball is starting.

I think that could be pretty cool, she doesn't have an account on here though.
2. 9 weeks already, wow.
3: Election was uneventful for me.
4. My girlfriend wants to get a ferret for some ungodly reason, and it's hard to say no because they sure are cute but we have a baby coming.
5. I swear I've seen the Transformers movies a million times. My little brother watches them every day after school.
Your wife thinks that sounds all sorts of fun
1) I don't have a problem with it, but I don't really see the appeal. If you want to get the views of our significant others maybe do a different post altogether. This weekly check-in is really the only thing that consistently brings people to the board.
2) I had a post about this earlier in the week, but I'm still really pumped about it. We have officially left the first trimester! Last night my wife commented how she is starting to feel better. She was only nauseous once yesterday.
3) We started telling people this week. It's been great to finally be able to talk about it. Sharing the joy with everyone has been awesome.
4) I officially finished my project at work yesterday that had me working a ton of overtime. It is weird to think that I will get my weekends back now.
5) Our dog hasn't adjusted to the time change. He keeps waking up early and demanding attention. I guess we should just view this as training for after the baby is born.
Yes, this will be good training. My son has been getting up at 6 AM talking away in his room. Normally he's up at around 7, but the time change has screwed it up.

I think that would be cool. My wife isn't super active on TB so I would ask her, but I think she would get a kick out of it.
2) My son turned 7 weeks yesterday. I can see the milestones kicking in, he smiles like crazy, has outgrown all of his NB clothes and is rolling from his tummy to his back. It's kinda awesome.
3) We thought my son had colic or horrible gas. So far my wife has completely changed her diet, he has colic calm and gas drops throughout the day and either its working or he is just growing out of it. Either way it's getting better so I can't complain.
4) We just locked in a daycare for when my wife goes back to work. It's like trying to get into a college. Crazy paperwork, tours, waiting lists and so expensive...I guess we are getting prepared for what's to come. Good times.
5) On a personal note, work is still the same - I'm trying to find a new job but its tough, however I'll keep plugging along. The wife and I are finally sleeping in the same bed after a month of divide and conquer with the kid. One of us would sleep downstairs with him and the other upstairs so that we can get a few hours uninterrupted. But he is getting 4-5 hours now, so we can finally see each other. It's a small victory, but we will take it.

That could be cool. I'd have to post for Mrs. Willicus, but I think she'd be down to answer questions.
2) We had an ultrasound yesterday, to measure growth and whatnot. Kid's in the 44th percentile, so it's looking good so far. However, during the scan, the ultrasound tech just turns on 3D and all of a sudden there's my kid's face. It was weird looking, but ultimately one of the coolest things I've ever seen. We both agreed that she has my mouth.
3) We're in the 31st week now. I'm feeling nervous, but also pretty excited. Even though we've seen the 3D ultrasound, we're still excited to meet her and actually see and hold her.
4) Just got back to a trip to Florida with my mom. It was great to see her feeling and looking good. She finished chemo a few weeks ago, and she'll have a CT scan tomorrow to see where everything stands with the cancer. We're obviously hoping everything looks good.
5) We had a snowstorm 8 days after a hurricane here. I'm officially over weather, but I was happy for an excuse to make chili.
