NMR: What is your favorite EASY party menu

I always get a better response when i ask these thing here than on the specialty boards. So sorry for my not-so-multiples or even kid related question. 

We are having a house warming with about 25 people tomorrow and we still have a ton of stuff to do around the house. So I am looking for some ideas on quick and easy party menu ideas. My default easy meal is always taco salad, but it would be fun to do something different so I thought maybe you all could give me some ideas.  

ETA: our other default is to grill but it looks like rain so I'm not sure that would be a good thing to plan on.

    I've had pretty good success with something in the crockpot for sandwiches, like pulled pork or chicken BBQ, sloppy joes,   or maybe chili, or you could do a baked potato bar. Slow cookers are great so you don't have to babysit the food while you are busy getting ready or hanging out with your guests.

    LOVE me some pinterest! Great ideas on there! I've done just a bunch of dips on tortilla roll up type things. Little appetizer type things but if you are going for filling up like a meal. We had chilli, chicken noddle soup and chicken salad sandwiches 1 year for a bday party and it was a hit and easy. But seriously pinterest has some great easy things on there that can make you look super fancy too ;) Congrats on the house!

    Buffalo Chicken dip in the crockpot.  Super easy and everyone raves over it.

    I do Taco soup in the crock pot, pair it with cornbread and tortilla chips, and a salad.  Super easy and super yummy!  If you'd like the recipe, let me know-everybody who has it loves it.
