question about OPKs as HPT??

I vaguely remember someone saying they use internet OPKs for early detection? anyone know how soon you can use them? should you expect a full dark line or a faint line? TIA

Diagnostic cycle monitoring = Polycystic ovaries leading to premature egg release

Jan 2015 - Medicated cycle with timed intercourse
