We did it!!! We have 1 year olds!

Can't believe we are here but we officially have 2- 1 year olds...what a crazy roller coaster this year has been...from extreme colic for both of them to 2 of the happiest,, sweetest cutest babies ever, IMO :)

To all the new MOMs out there...hang in there...it gets better, so much better! On those days that you just can see how you are going to get through another second just hold onto the hope that each day will get a little easier and before you know it you will be enjoying yourself :)

I love the quote, "if you think our hands are full, imagine our hearts"

Multiples are a special  gift not too many people get to experience and I am so thankful for the gift of my 2 precious boys!

Thank-you all for the support and encouragement and advice you've offered over this past year...it has really been a God send and a great place to come and vent and feel like your with people who really get it...so thanks!

    My boys are 6 days old, so I'm still in my emotional, cry for no reason stage...that quote made me tear up! But it also made me smile thinking about the days and years that lie ahead :) thanks for posting!

    OP, such sweet words!

    Just yesterday, one of my girls started walking! (tear, sniff...) Her sister G is such a cuddle bug I am totally okay with her taking her time to learn. I've been teasing that the next time J takes a step, I'm gonna nudge her down!

    I don't know about y'all, but this has been the fastest, yet most exhausting year of my life.

    New MoM's, remember to take tons of pictures!! I'm so thankful I got over some of my perfectionist issues with that and if it weren't for the dozens of phone pictures, I might not remember some of those newborn days, especially the crazy mess of a house in the background :)

    Congratulations to you, and happy birthday to your sweet boys!  It was definitely bittersweet for me, but things feel really good on this side!

    Thanks for all your kind words...it is bittersweet for sure....such conflicting emotions being a Mom...you can't wait for your kids to be independent in some ways but you wish you could keep them small at the same time....guess it will be time for a cuddly new baby soon haha ;)

    Congrats!  Thanks for sharing that quote.  I wrote it down and think it'll be a nice piece of inspiration to put up in the house.  I know we're going to have those days where it'll seem like things will never end.  Glad to know it will.

    7/4 ER and Biopsy.
    7/9 Transferred 2 (1-4BB and 1-3BB) embryos.  4 frosties.
    7/15 +HPT 6dp5dt. 7/18 Beta #1: 193. 7/20 Beta #2: 415.
    8/10 1st u/s - It's triplets!

    Congrats on surviving the first year. My boys are just about one and it has been an amazing experience. I remember when they were first born thinking it wouldn't get better but it has gotten better so much better and so joyful! Happy birthday to your boys!
