Help with boys names.

It's early on but we're still throwing around name ideas. Girls names are pretty easy for us. If baby is a girl she will probably be either "Isla" or "Sloane". Boys names are tough. DH hates everything. Middle name will be "Zach" or "Zachary" - Zacharias is my mothers maiden name and I want to honour my grandfather on that side of the family ("Zacharias" doesn't fit with our last name, so we're shortening it).

I like boys names that are short, often starting with a vowel... I really like following, but DH doesn't like any.

- Ezra
- Tate
- Luca (sounds so silly with my last name though *sigh*)
- Arie

I don't like most names ending in "don" or "dan", and prefer names that are not super common. Even though I really like "L" names, my last name starts with an "L" and I don't like overly rhyming names.

Any suggestions? I really appreciate it.

Of your picks, I like Eli, but I prefer it to be short for something. Maybe Elias? Although if Zacharias doesn't flow, I'm thinking maybe Elias won't either. Elijah?

I adore Reid, but I have a friend I grew up with named "Reid Sloan" so if I ever wanted to use "Sloane" I could never use Reid. I also really like Owen but I worry about popularity.

My step-brother is Bryce.

Actually DH's name is "Kai" which is suddenly becoming really popular! So funny considering we've never met another Kai until a few years ago.
