Bumbleride 2010 Indie Twin - Buying used

I'm going to look at a Bumbleride Indie Twin. I know this model was recalled for an issue with the front wheels, but the owner already received the kit and replaced the parts and has the manual that Bumbleride sent with the kit. Are there any other specific issues with this stroller that I should look for?

They are including the bumper bars and rain cover and are asking $250. If the stroller is in overall very good shape, does this sound like a good deal? I've been watching for months and this is the first one new or used that I've seen in my city.

    Well, the strap for the car seat "adaptor" was missing so she dropped the price down to $200! The stroller was in great condition so we went ahead and bought it! I was debating between this one and the City Mini GT but I just couldn't pass up the price on this one!

    I have been looking for a used Bumbleride for months and that price is AMAZING. Every one I have seen is more like $400.  I would jump all over that!
