boy uti?

have any of your ds' had a uti? i'm calling pedi in the morning but, just curious. my ds seems to be sensitive during diaper changes lately & it wasn't until today that i think he's been having more wet diapers. anyone else, any experience w/this? tia

    in reading about uti's, i came to the part about a catheter to check the urine & thought no way! i'm keeping track of wet diapers today to see if i'm just overworrying. he has shots a week & 1/2 ago, so maybe some of it was related to that. everything looks ok, down there, he just doesn't want me to touch when i wipe him...maybe just a boy thing?! he's been eating better & mood is his usual happy as a clam self.

    Mh had numerous UTIs when he was having kidney problems.  It just burned when he peed.
