We have obtained sitter status! (Share your milestones?)

I don't have enough mom friends so where else to go but here! The only people (other than DH) that can truly share in my (probably over)excitement about DS being an official sitter. He literally sat up on his own for 30 minutes today. I watched TV and he was sitting on his own playing with toys. No toppling over, no falling to the side. I picked him up after the show was over and he was still going strong.

I think he would have been okay if I would have let him for longer, but I figured we could go play with his new train.

I called DH and he is surprised and hopes maybe this means crawling will soon follow suit.

Anybody else have an exciting milestone they want to share? Big Smile

We have been sitting for a few weeks now. But this weekend we started officially crawling! She cruises across the room no problem now. Its cute to see this little peanut crawling around.

DD has been a champion sitter for a few weeks now, but she refuses to roll over...period. She also pulled herself up this weekend. I was shocked.

DS can roll all ways (but he doesn't like to do it very often) and has been sitting up on his own for a few weeks. No interest in crawling yet. He also just cut his first tooth!
