Our book club often does a read the book/see the movie meeting. Maybe I'll suggest it for that. Or maybe I should read it first. Is it book club worthy?
Yes, read it before you see the movie for sure. The last page or two of the book are everything and if you go into it knowing the ending, you're basically reading a whole different book.
I'm interested to see how they do everything on the big screen. It looks beautiful but, again, since I know the ending, I'm not sure if that's where I want to spend my once-in-a-blue-moon night at the movies.
