Re: CPW - Uterine Pain/Cramps/Twinges in First Tri

  • With DD I had such horrible cramps I was convinced I was m/cing. They continued until 14 weeks. With this pregnancy I had a few twinges and pain that was maybe a cyst for a couple of days but otherwise nothing.

  • This may be slightly off topic, but my pain wasn't so much uterine but vaginal.  I thought I was in serious trouble until I found a message board where people referred to "lightning crotch".  I still have no idea what it was, but I was SO relieved to see that others had experienced it.
