Annual Lefse Day!

Well at least in my house. My mom, sister, cousin, and I are going to be making Lefse for about 8 hours.

Any other lefse makers out there or lefse eaters?

Best thing ever is a lefse wrap sandwich mmm!

My husband is Norwegian so making lefse is big for him. His family always makes it on Christmas Eve.

I have never heard of this, is it like a tortilla? Is it easy to make?

It is like a potato tortilla except they are more fragile delicate and thinner(if you make them right) most people eat them with butter and sugar. My mother's side is 100% Norwegian heritage, they still sing all the Christmas carols in Norwegian.

You betcha!! Hi Penny. We are Finnish...don't hold that against me...but I definitely know about some Lefse! Just do not like the Lutefisk!! That was made for Christmas at my house.
