I feel like I am forever saying "I'm sorry this is late..." So I am just going to stop saying it.

So ladies, how have the past few weeks treated you? Vent/Cry/Laugh here, anything you want to say, say it. Sending tons of love to those who need it.

Well, last I wrote I was waiting for AF, I also said I was thinking she was going to take her sweet time, I just didn't know how long exactly she would take. She was due on CD 30, today is CD 49 and I think she is finally here! I started laughing in the bathroom, good thing I am at home!

We go back to court at the end of the month, hopefully by then we will have a dismissal. I have nothing to report on the TTC front, we aren't trying, we are just having sex. I have decided that I am far too fat to get KTFU, so until I take the first step to start getting the weight off, this is where I will be.

DH and I have started talking adoption. We're definitely thinking at least 2 years out, but we want to start putting ourselves into position. We're thinking sibling group through foster care. We wanted to aim for giving kids a home who would have a really hard time being adopted. We aren't thinking at this point that infant adoption is right for us or our lifestyle.

It's funny, because now we're hitting the point where the idea of adopting is something we're excited about now. Just last year we were horribly offended any time someone brought it up and viewed it like an admission of failure and we were thinking we'd either have a baby or be satisfied with the two we had before secondary IF struck. Now, I think we've finally hit the point where we're ready to do this for the right reasons, and because we want to.

PS- We were in UT at the end of September, I fell in love. If I could find a well paying job I would move in an instant!

AF showed up this morning after I POAS & that pissed me off b/c I wasted a perfectly good HPT. Super Angry .

I have my first RE appt Friday so hopefully we will figure out soon why its so dang hard to get KU. I saw both sides to a double rainbow yesterday so maybe its a sign! Fx!

Rawr - You never need to apologize, we adore you for making this happen when you do. FX that you won't have to go back to court again after this month. Thank goodness AF finally showed up for you.

LilMaggs - It's so nice to hear that you are in a place to be excited about your choices. I think it's wonderful of you and your DH to want a sibling group. So often kids don't get the chance to stay together. Good luck!

Rosie - Good luck this cycle. I hope you will be doing a lot of celebrating this Thanksgiving.

EKGibs - I hope you appointment with the RE goes well and you walk away with a great plan for your rainbow. I think seeing the double rainbow will bring you luck.

My Update: I started taking all the supplements the RE wants me to take and I have been slowly cutting back on the caffine. I have my first official appointment w/ a monitoring U/S on 11/21. I am not sure what I am feeling about everything other that scared right now.

I finally had words with my sister about why I wasn't happy for her daughter being KU. I think she finally understands why I am not happy about my 18 year old unmarried neice being KU. It makes me sad that I even had to explain that it has nothing to do with being jealous.

Other than that I am just working and taking care of the things that I can in my life by steering clear of any drama.

AFM, nothing too exciting. In the 2WW of what should have been our first TTA cycle, but we ended up having sex twice during my FW. Not sure if we'll TTA at all next cycle, especially since it'll be the first time we may actually have a shot since it's been almost enough time since DH had his surgery.

LilMags - GL with starting the adoption process. You sounds really excited about it! My DH and I have talked about adoption, whether we can have our own children or not. I think it's important to give children a chance who may not have one otherwise.

Me - Nothing much is new. I'm about 4dpo, but I took a temp/opk break this cycle so I'm not positive. I'm fairly confident I Oed on CD 14 or 15. I had all the usuall O and post-O symptoms. Either way I'm in the 2ww.

I leave for Mexico on the 18th, I'm super pumped about our trip. I'm the MOH in a wedding down there! I keep telling myself that a BFN will be for the best bc then I can drink and won't have to lie to peple about why I'm NOT drinking.

Annnnd as for me: tomorrow is ER day! I'm excited and nervous. We think we will have 15 mature eggs but of course I'm worried some follicles will be empty or the eggs won't be mature! And the worries just keep growing from there! It's so stressful but I've done really well keeling calm and optimistic! My therapist even made me a meditation CD because he rocks and wanted to make sure I was in a good place during this whole process. So I've been meditating daily!
