I have signed up to be on Old Navy's distribution list. They have sales pretty much every week and generally a 30% off sale once a month. Since they are affiliated with Gap, Banana Republic, Piperlime and Althea - you'll get some of those emails as well.
I haven't shopped Kohls online, I usually go instore, but they also generally have sales all the time. If you pay full price for something at Kohls, you're getting ripped off!
I also like 6pm.com. They have tons of shoes, but they also have clothes.

I completely agree! And I'm starting to think that about almost all stores other than Walmart! I found adorable stuff at Gymboree that was waaaay too expensive. I came back a month later, and the $18 tee was only $5. I know Crazy8 and Gymboree regularly have clearances and sales online.
Most of C's clothes have been coming from Old Navy lately. We got her 2 buntings from there that have worked wonderfully in the cold weather. We also got some comfy fleece sweats from there. I've gotten a couple cold weather items from Target and H&M as well.

Also, if you're an online shopper and don't already use it - Ebates is worth signing up for. You go to their site first and click to your store through them. They pay you back a certain percentage, depeding on the store. They issue checks quarterly. I was skeptical, but just got my first check last month...

We get most of ds stuff at gap or osh kosh for pants. There are always sales. We get the basics there and splurge on fun sweaters and vests at gap or jack and Janie.
