I just wanted to post as many don't think baby's grow bigger, and so do their clothes. Don't just think about a cute baby dresser, think when they are 2,5,10, 15 years old, unless you want to keep buying furniture.
Good point. Along those lines, I would also recommend for the same reasons that if you want your kiddo to be able to dress themselves as they get older, to go with a low dresser versus a taller chest so they can safely reach into all the drawers.
We got a low dresser that doubles as our changing table from Ikea (Birkeland). We figure it wasn't so expensive that if she colors on it at some point over the next few years, its not going to be that painful to part with it. And then when she's older (when, I'm not sure) she can help pick out a whole new matching bedroom set that will ideally last through high school.
