What a cutie! DD gets her helmet next Monday. I think my main concern right now is the weight bothering her, is LO's helmet light? Ours looks totally different, I will post a pic next week.
How long did the estimate she will be in it?
Hi Palma, just wanted to answer your question, but it has been a little while since you asked and I wasn't sure if you would return to the post. The weight bothers ev a little when she is tired (it actually is fairly light but her neck is still learning), so she puts her head down more during tummy time. It doesn't seem to bother her any other time. She did great with it for the first two days, they put you on a graduated schedule. 1 hour shifts the first day, 2 hour shifts the next etc... Today she is wearing it for 6 hours and we noticed that about after two or three hours she is a little fidgety with it. the estimated lenght of time is 3 months (23 hours a day), but I doubt it will take that long. today is day 4 and already I can see a large difference. Evelyn's head was 11mm off. How was your LO's? I will look forward to seeing your pics! feel free to ask me if you have any other questions

Re: Palma 44
Thank you for your reply, I don't know anyone else who has gone through this so it is great to hear how you LO is doing.
I believe DD's head is 6mm's off, it was border line if she would need the helmet but I just want to be on the safe side for her. Our helmet is clear plastic, I am wondering if it is going to be heavier than others I have seen, we'll find out Monday. I would be surprised if DD is in hers for 3 months also. Keep us updated on her progress!
your daughter will do great. Its amazing how resilient children are. plus you can feel great that you are taking steps to ensure she has a gorgeous, symmetrical head :-)
OOh I wish ev's was clear, that way it would match everything.
Evelyn already looks a little different when we take the helmet off, because it is making her forehead a little more symmetrical
