Nursery furniture..

Where / how did you find good solid wood furniture?

Im a little hesitant to buy from the big box stores babiesrus or b3. But some of it is cute!

I like being green but craigslist is still a stretch for me. I'll try looking though, but safety is a concern as well. Hmmm

    Do you have a local amish furniture store? Their furniture is handmade and very high quality.

    This is why we went with the Ikea crib.  Solid wood, non-toxic finish, etc.

    I wish! Ikea is too far away to make it cost effective! Thats cool that you're able to shop there.
