An acquaintance of mine put on her thankful status today:

" Day 6........ I'm thankful for my sitters :) cuz I appreciate my adult time and refuse to let my relationship get boring and eventually "roommate like" by not taking time for eachother. Now is when some will say "I don't need anything but my kids, Im happy watching Disney channel and having family game night every fri and sat" Kudos to you "parent of the year" Love my kids more than anything but I gotta have time to unwind, shop, go to a movie, the BATHROOM and yes get hammered drunk. Lms if you aren't perfect either :)"

This coming from the mother who goes out drinking every single weekend and at least once a week.  This coming from the mother of 4, but only has one of the children full time.  This coming from the mother who went out the weekend after giving birth to her now 2 month old. 

I want to respond so bad...

    Eek. I would hate to be her, you know, having to hire a sitter to go to the bathroom. Confused

    I wonder how many people liked her status...I would want to say something snarky too but would probably just delete her.

    She only has one of her kids full time but needs a babysitter to unwind...give me a break. Sounds like she's just looking to justify her crappy life decisions by getting support from random facebookers.

    I have a friend who bitches all the time about "having to be a mother" you had a child its your responsibility to be a parent. You should have thought about that before you spread your legs.
