Daily Confession?
Can I start one?
I went grocery shopping yesterday for a few things over lunch ... diapers & some nonperishable items. I promptly rebagged the goodie-items (cookies, dried cranberries, Ritz chips, candy) in the office parking lot and stashed the loot in a table in my personal office space. MH needs to lose 15lbs, I need to gain about 15, and if I took that crap home he'd eat it all. I did us both a favor IMO. I'm workin' my way through a pound of Pepperidge Farm cookies as we speak. & that's after I ate an entire C hipotle burrito bowl for lunch. Whatever. I'm PMS-ing. I need it all for that reason alone!

LOL!! What a fun problem to have, needing to gain weight :-) I think that you are being smart, and DH might not want the temptation.
I wore these to take my kids to the pedi yesterday. I know I was channeling Jerseylicious, but sometimes you just need your leopard print wedges to get through the day. To add to the ridiculousness, I carried DS in the Boba carrier.
I'm quite jealous of your shoes. I can't wear heels much anymore. Frucking sciatica...
I confess that I want to brag a little about my daughter. She says Obama when I ask her who the president is, she can give you at least 10 animal noises when asked, and she says happy birthday clear as day. I know not all babies speak early, but damn it if I'm not impressed with my child.
That's awesome! E makes the exact same "meh" sound for every animal. It cracks me up.

DH let our dog chew my 100 leather flats beyond recognition once before we were married, so in a fit of rage I stole his debit card and ordered a new pair lol my feet had literally bled breaking in those beautiful shoes, so it was like adding insult to injury!

I know, right?! lol except none of my clothes fit. I have three dresses and a pencil skirt for work that I rotate, and the rest of the time I wear leggings everywhere. People have started to comment. I need to go shopping.

My confession is that in the past 7 years we have been together, I have never snooped on SO's phone, email, or FB account....until today. And now I am feeling guilty!
Backstory: I went to high school with a girl and we would occasionally hang out post high school. SO became friends with her husband and they tried to get me to nanny for them for years. After having Gator, I decided to nanny for them part time just for paying my monthly insurance premium. It was awful! I have written about them during Judgement Day, stating that they never wanted kids but (in my eyes) were blessed with three beautiful healthy children. Yes they didn't want kids, but they also didn't take precautions to prevent kids either. Instead of adapting, they are still living their lives like they don't have kids. I was one of two nannies, and when they weren't in care of a nanny, they were with one of their three grandparents, daycare, or with anyone else that would watch them. Their parents vacation without them, and pretty much hardly ever spend any time with them. The kids are 4 and 3 year old twins. The parents literally have the from 8pm (when the kids go to bed) until 10am (the kids wake up about 8am)....so they have them about 2 "awake hours" everyday. They traded in their family car for a four seater convertible, thus they never go anywhere as a family because three kids cannot fit in the car. Before and during my job with them, he complained about his wife and that they don't have a good marriage. I no longer work with them but had mentioned to another person what they were like as a family. In the past three months, that I have not worked for them, we haven't talked to them (except when her husband stopped by to drop off items I forgotten at their house and complained about his wife), but he reopened his FB and is nonstop posting sappy messages to her and she is posting sappy messages to him. They are also posting all of these photos of things they are doing with their kids....all of a sudden. Everyone that knows them thinks it is extremely weird and its like they are trying really hard to impress people. My cousin also used to nanny for them and we are always talking about how weird it is and all of the odd stuff all of a sudden going on. Even my SO, who rarely talks about others, is completely perplexed. The guy called SO on Gator's birthday and it was the first time we had heard from either for months. SO didn't pick up but mentioned he text him back. I asked what he wanted and he just said "I don't know..." And changed the subject....he knows that if I know about the convo I will tell my cousin. I thought it was so weird because he never hides anything and was acting odd. And I really wanted to know what was going on with that weird couple, my cousin and I were trying to get SO to have a beer with the guy and see why they were being sappy all of a sudden because we thought it was crazy. But since he acted weird, while he was in the shower....I checked his text. There was nothing. Which means he had already deleted it. Dang it! I don't even know why I care. I think I just want to know if they are actually changing around their relationship and actually spending more time with their kids.....or if they are being the same but putting on a big sappy show for everyone on FB.
